Five Stitches Later...

and I have been grounded until at least Friday! No treadmill - no bicycle - no pushing or pulling - no nothing. Doctor said to take it easy and remember that those stitches can pull out and make a mess.

I had a mole removed from the back of my knee or the upper calf - however you look at it. I thought I might get two stitches, but five??!??

So, guess I'll be stitching my little heart out for the next three days and then I'll try the treadmill - if there is pain - I'm to stop.

So, by the end of the week I may have the entire calendar project done! lol

wow Denise, sorry to hear that, did you take a colored floss or argue with the doctor about his stitching technique, lol. I did on my hand, joked with the nurse that he could have done it prettier for the love of God. Hope you are feeling better soon and getting your stitchy time in!
hugs

Had a mole removed.Being the science teacher I was, I asked to see it. MAN, those puppies go deep . . lot bigger than I thought. That's why there are more stitches than you think.

How did they remove yours? Mine was removed with a medical version of a cherry pitter . . . pretty cool.but sorer than I ever though tit would be.

Trust the Dr and stay off of it until you are 100% sure it is healing. Take a word from the wise on that one :)
