Quick Monday Post!

First line of business - There will be another give away.
Long ago I told myself when I hit
200 followers
I'd have another one and you've
pushed me up to 205 followers.

Hello to all my new followers and
welcome aboard!
****************************

Mentioned to different people that I have been working on a new start -

CCN's
A Day at the Beach
Light Mocha Cashel

and Blogger turned the picture once again!

I've had to switch out some of the colors as I didn't have either the GAST or DMC for the purple. Oops! The green used in the model was much darker without the variation - so, my Beach House and Sandcastle are hard to read.

This has been a wonderful stitch. The only thing that could make it better is if I were at the beach listening to the ocean. Not this year.

Don't feel bad for me not making it to the beach - we are saving to go to BC next winter. We are wanting to go here. I hope to spend my 25th wedding anniversary watching the waves! lol

Well, I have a ton of things to do today and it's 10a and I'm not even showered (or had breakfast) yet. Been stitching for a couple of hours and I need to go get busy.

I would like to thank everyone who has entered my give away already. Most of you have emailed and gotten the significance of the date correct. Good for you!

Hope this week finds you stitching and smiling!

What a wonderful way to spend your 25th Anniversary! We are heading to the camper for a few weekends and a week in July but we are saving and hoping to spend or 30th next year in Ireland. I have always wanted to go there. I guess when I hit followers I will have to think of a give-a-way :)

Love your new start!
I had the same trouble with blogger turning my photos. So I uploaded the photos to my Picasa album. When uploading into blogger, just choose Picasa album instead of your computer (after clicking on the photo symbol), and it came in straight. Don't know if it will work for you--I hope so!

Your Day at the Beach looks great! (even sideways)
You sound like me in the mornings after DH leaves for work I stitch and watch the news for a couple of hours and then on the computer for a little while and before I know it almost noon.
Your trip to BC sounds awesome!
Happy Stitching

Oh I'll have to check out your giveaway (catching up). I noticed your mention of Tofino! Yay! You're coming to BC! You will love it there (never actually been to Tofino but it's pretty similar to loads of coastal ares...although the lodge I've heard is AMAZING!!!) Love the stitching even if it's sideways :D Blogger does that to me too sometimes!
